currently craving: rainbow {bright} denim

I secretly want to go buy a box of crayons right now. Not just any box of crayons – one of those giant boxes, with like 199 different colors.

Cerulean blue, anyone? Purple pizazz, or how about some jungle green? Those were some of my favorite Crayola colors, and I just had a field day onWikipedia looking at them all. Remember the scented crayons, or the ones with the silver swirls? Apparently they made glitter crayons, which I regretfully missed out on. I wonder if kids still go crazy for crayons the way I used to.

Now, we can get our Crayola fix through another avenue: fashion. Colorblocking and brights are obvious trends of the season, and now skinny jeans in super-saturated hues are having a moment. I’d pair them with a simple white tee and platforms in a contrasting shocking color – and you could certainly mix and match with other patterns and shades if you’re feeling bold.

Obviously I’m dying over the red, because I’m a sucker for anything in my favorite color – but I’m also loving the yellow, the green…the orange is outrageous! And the great part is, they’re coming in at a price-point for everyone: Delia’s version, shown here in purple, is currently on sale for less than $20!

I was a cerulean blue girl! And I LOVE that colorful denim! I don’t know if I could pull it off though. I’d probably end up looking like a clown or something.

I’m totally with you on the colored denim and of course I love the pricier J. Brand ones (how does that always happen?)
Red of course was always the crayon in my hand!

What would be super fabulous is the multi-colored dye I’d get on my white bike seat…
